Are you a detail-oriented and highly organized professional with a passion for numbers and financial management? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Bookkeeper at Daiwa Food.

As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.


Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to support monthend and yearend closing processes.
• Provide administrative support, such as filing documents and organizing financial records.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, Japanese, and/or Chinese languages (preferred).
• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred).
