Let's talk about you- Senior Leadership experience in a people related function would be fantastic and even better if you have exposure to Business Partnering, Recruitment and People Operations functions.
How will you support our "Why?"- Lead the delivery and optimisation of ABB's core People Services offering, equipping Aussie with the services and tools needed to reach their people and performance goals, supporting our teams to love what they do each day as a great place to work.- Lead the Talent and People Strategy to shape our unique approach to managing talent at ABB, with a people-first experience mindset that supports our great leaders and employees at Aussie.- Establish our People Services function at the core of our People Strategy, optimising operational processes and people experiences.- Elevate our Business Partnering capacity across the organisation, establishing the Business Partnering team to be true strategic business partners to ABB's leaders, supporting considered HR solutions- Lead the recruitment function, ensuring its processes and experiences are aligned to support a premium talent experience- Set the strategy for our talent lifecycle, establishing campaigns and processes to elevate talent management across all of ABB; including its employee value proposition, and approach to managing turnover, succession and talent mobility.
