About The Role


We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic Fleet Manager whose primary focus will be to ensure optimised performance of TTi's ANZ fleet.

A key focus of this role will be to ensure continuous improvement and exceptional employee experience outcomes are at the forefront.


Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager ANZ your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Oversee the governance, controls and performance standards for all ANZ fleet vehicles
  • Partner closely with fleet providers/ vendors to ensure optimum performance of all systems of work, processes and service agreements
  • Identify and implement solutions for automation and continuous improvement
  • Produce quarterly fleet performance and insights reports to senior management, including cost reviews and driver behaviour insights.
  • Liaise with stakeholders on production stages of vehicles, both replacement and new
  • Oversee vehicle accident/incident insurance claim processes including fleet repairs
  • Manage capital expenditure relating to fleet vehicles and review month end invoicing
  • Provide mentoring and leadership
  • Manage admin for vehicle changes and data for FBT reporting

About You

Ideally you will have a previous experience in a similar Fleet Management role within a growing, fast paced industry and excellent stakeholder engagement skills in addition to the following attributes:

  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of fleet management practices is highly advantageous
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel
  • Strong written communication and numeracy skills
  • Highly professional and committed approach
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and work well under pressure
  • Strong ability to multi task and prioritise
