Accountabilities include:


  • Provide support to the Senior HR Advisor (Business Analyst) in HR business process improvement and the implementation of new initiatives
  • Engage and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure productive working relationships with TMR employees, shared service agency, central agencies and other external organisations.
  • Create and/or review manuals, procedures and related user documentation ensuring documentation is targeted to the appropriate audience.
  • Assist with the definition and roll out of training and user support plans.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing, and system verification testing to ensure systems are fit for purpose and stable during the release cycle
  • Provide timely and accurate advice to assist with system defects relating to HR Systems and workflow solutions
  • Using a range of sources to conduct data integrity checks on an as needs basis.
  • Identify and document local system related business requirements, business processes and business rules
  • Actively participate in personal performance planning and appraisal, undertake training and development and gain awareness of corporate and health and safety responsibilities through the appropriate induction processes and programs.
