- Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
- Coordinate office logistics such as scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Provide administrative support to executives and team members, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and managing calendars.
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and organizing company events.

- Conduct basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and reconciling accounts.

- Previous experience in office management, administration, or a similar role.
