The Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program is an integral part of fulfilling customers orders in the last mile space.

The program gives entrepreneurs an opportunity to develop a successful package delivery business with low startup costs and access to Amazon's technology and logistics experience.

To develop the DSP program, the Onboarding Manager (OM) works closely with a team of business development managers to onboard DSPs.

About the team

At Amazon Logistics (AMZL), our goal is to provide customers with an incredible package delivery experience through the last mile of the order.

To achieve this goal, we work with a network of partners to deliver customer orders.

Utilizing continuous improvement initiatives and creative thinking, we support our Delivery Station teams to ensure that millions of packages reach their final destination as efficiently as possible.

Melbourne, VIC, AUS | Sydney, NSW, AUS

  • Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
  • Experience working cross functionally with nontech teams
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing and ambiguous environment
