About the Role
To provide admin support and to monitor & update key HSP mandatory data in SSI's internal and external database system


About You

  • Monitor and update Internal (CSNet) and external database (HSP) systems and spreadsheets as per SSI Policy and Procedures
  • Develop knowledge and understanding of wider HSP program and SSI's HSP contractual requirements through SSI Policy and Procedures, ensuring that compliance requirements are met at all times.
  • Comply with data collection, privacy and confidentiality requirements as per the HSP
  • Promptly notify and report any Critical Incidents as per the HSP and SSI reporting requirements
  • Provide regular reports to the Team Leader on Mandatory Data compliance, outstanding/upcoming Mandatory Data

Essential Criteria

  • Full comprehension of office management
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
  • Experience working in a CALD setting within and outside their own language/ community group
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and experience using database systems
  • Certificate IV in Community Services, Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent
