About the Role:


We have a permanent full time opportunity for a Fundraising Data Enablement Manager to join our Blackburn, Melbourne office with hybrid working arrangements.


This role is responsible for segmentation and targeting, establishing donor profiling and modelling tools, campaign execution and automation, data acquisition programs to support fundraising strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead donor segmentation for all fundraising campaigns, events, products and initiatives, to continually improve supporter journeys to enable growth aligned with the organisation's objectives.
  • Build and execute campaign automation journeys which are highly targeted and personalised across a range of channels to deliver successful and innovative campaigns to deliver marketing and product objectives.
  • Develop and implement data driven tools and solutions to inform and drive business performance, including analytics and modelling, donor profiling using internal and external data sources, donor behaviour, forecasting to guide fundraising strategy.
  • Provide strategic insights into donor growth and experience opportunities using data analytics to identify risks and opportunities to achieve business outcomes.
  • Design and develop data models to explore and optimise campaign levers such as churn, recency, value as well as product and segmentbased data sets.
  • Drive the data acquisition and optimisation approach across all fundraising departments, lead data extraction and preparation for campaign activities across all channels, and internal and external parties.

About you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, Data, Computer Science or similar
  • Power Query, Pivot Tables and External Data Imports)
  • Experience using database extraction, processing and visualisation tools preferred, including PowerBI
