Job Description Summary

To effectively perform and coordinate all property acquisition activities to ensure business and project objectives are met by:

Ensuring all tasks relating to the project activities are in compliance with legislative requirements including all relevant Statutes, Regulations and Codes.
Efficiently providing property and tenure advice to SSMC staff and clients.
Liaising with legal advisors in securing formal tenure agreements for installation sites.
Successfully adhering to project time frames and ensuring costs are kept within budget constraints.
Exceeding customer expectations with project deliverables.
Identifying and developing any business opportunities in cooperation and with the approval of the Project Manager.
