- Assist customers with queries, processing sales, returns and gift vouchers
- Work in partnership with your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to manage the team in their absence
- Assist and manage your Department Managers and Supervisors to ensure all floor operations are running smoothly
- Train and mentor your team on all areas of store operations, including sales, product knowledge, customer care and more
- Motivate, inspire and lead your team from the front
- Deescalate any customer complaints
- Work under the guidance and support of your Store Manager, alongside team to achieve KPI's and targets
- Ad-hoc tasks as required
- Engage in housekeeping tasks to upkeep store presentation standards
- Previous Management experience is essential
- Previous experience in a retail environment
- Energetic, bubbly and willing to learn
- Team player and results driven
- Loves sports fashion brands and is passionate about sharing your knowledge with customers
- Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
- Ability to work Monday to Sunday including late night trade
