The Opportunity:

Join our team as a Vacancy Scheduling Officer and enjoy the perfect opportunity to showcase your administrative skills and expertise in this rewarding part-time role, making a positive impact in the property management industry while working just 2 days a week


As the Vacancy Scheduling Officer, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing a variety of tasks related to ingoing and outgoing inspections for vacancies, ensuring a smooth process for our Property Officers.

Your responsibilities will include efficiently managing calendars, scheduling inspections, and updating systems to keep everything running seamlessly.

Additionally, you'll provide valuable administrative support to the Group Leader, Property Maintenance for Strata properties, ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and meet the highest standards.


We are seeking a highly detailed individual who:

  • Has demonstrated experience in providing administrative support in a medium-sized organisation
  • Can work reliably and maintain strict confidentiality
  • Has demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks in a timesensitive environment (e.g. accounts payable or Project Management)
  • Holds experience in maintaining records
  • Has the ability to manage workload, prioritise tasks, use initiative and work independently and as part of a team
  • Has strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a customercentric focus

You Will Need To:


  • Hold or be willing to obtain a General Probity Employment Screening
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a current Safe Environments Certificate
  • Hold a current unencumbered Australian driver's licence and be willing to drive
  • Undergo preemployment testing as part of the recruitment process
