Description

Award-winning and growing finance and accounting advisory firm, seeking part-time team member to join its Sydney accounting team due to continuous expansion.

About the role:

Onboard new customers in Xero
Reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards
Payroll and superannuation processing
Preparation of BAS & IAS
Monthly Invoicing and AP&AR
Assist Senior Accountants with preparation of financial accounts and tax returns

About you:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a bookkeeper or accountancy practice
Diploma/Tertiary Accounting Qualifications
Licensed Bas Agent is an advantage
Proficient (Advance) skills in Xero accounting softwarea and XPM, eg. onboard new customer
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and other team members
Ability to speak Cantonese/Mandarin is an advantage
Advanced skills in use of Excel, Outlook and Word
Motivated, focused with attention to details
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a highly organised and methodical manner
Ability to work as a team
Task and time management skills
