Award-winning and growing finance and accounting advisory firm, seeking part-time team member to join its Sydney accounting team due to continuous expansion.
About the role:
- Onboard new customers in Xero
- Reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards
- Payroll and superannuation processing
- Preparation of BAS & IAS
- Monthly Invoicing and AP&AR
- Assist Senior Accountants with preparation of financial accounts and tax returns
About you:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a bookkeeper or accountancy practice
- Diploma/Tertiary Accounting Qualifications
- Licensed Bas Agent is an advantage
- Proficient (Advance) skills in Xero accounting softwarea and XPM, eg. onboard new customer
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and other team members
- Ability to speak Cantonese/Mandarin is an advantage
- Advanced skills in use of Excel, Outlook and Word
- Motivated, focused with attention to details
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a highly organised and methodical manner
- Ability to work as a team
- Task and time management skills
