About the Role


As the National Account Coordinator, the role is focused on coordinating and managing the relationships with key national accounts for Aramex Australia.

They will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that these accounts are receiving the best service and support possible, while also identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Support the Sales team with the daytoday operations of key national accounts, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Analyse sales data and account performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on the performance of key national accounts, including sales trends, customer feedback, and market insights.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments within the company, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key national accounts, including working with different departments to address any issues or challenges.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to national accounts, responding promptly to inquiries and ensuring that issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Continuously review and improve processes and procedures to improve customer experience.

To be successful in this role:

  • Experience in a business coordination role, working with key accounts and supporting the sales process.
  • Experience in customer service, issue resolution and problem solving.
  • Selfstarter and strong time management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical and able to identify actionable insights.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID 1
  • Must have full Australian working rights or visa
