The Opportunity

This is your chance to join a growing team within an established organisation and help shape the future of the community you live in.

Given your expert design knowledge, you'll take the lead on design packages for roads, sub-divisions, drainage, traffic control and management, reserves, water and sewerage reticulation and infrastructure works.

Whilst you'll be Ballarat based and primarily working on local projects, due to our multidiscipline nature and One-Team approach, you will connect and collaborate with other professionals across our business.

You'll also lead a small design team, mentoring junior staff and contributing to our strong culture of learning and knowledge sharing.

Desired Skills and Experience:

About You:

We're looking for an individual who values collaboration and is driven by finding creative and sustainable solutions for clients

You'll demonstrate:

8+ years experience in a civil design role
Degree qualification in Engineering or related discipline
Experience in urban development projects with a key interest in design and consulting
Experience in a leadership role would be looked upon favourably
Sound technical knowledge with proficiency in 12D and AutoCad
