We are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join one the best law firms on the Sunshine Coast

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience working in conveyancing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • A proactive approach to your work;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills;
  • The ability to work as part of a team;
  • Enthusiasm and motivation to provide quality support;
  • Strong time management skills.
This position involves both residential and commercial conveyancing drafting and reviewing contracts and vendors statements;

  • High level proficiency with Microsoft Office;
  • PEXA proficient or willing to learn;
  • Managing residential and commercial conveyancing files;
  • Attending to Searches and Settlement Figures;
  • Drafting and amending correspondence and basic legal documents;
  • Electronic filing and electronic file management;
  • Monthly billing.
