We are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join one the best law firms on the Sunshine CoastAre you looking for a fun firm, the ability to have a work life balance and enjoy your role?
To be successful in this role you will require:
- A minimum of 2 years experience working in conveyancing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- A proactive approach to your work;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Excellent organisational and time management skills;
- The ability to work as part of a team;
- Enthusiasm and motivation to provide quality support;
- Strong time management skills.
- High level proficiency with Microsoft Office;
- PEXA proficient or willing to learn;
- Managing residential and commercial conveyancing files;
- Attending to Searches and Settlement Figures;
- Drafting and amending correspondence and basic legal documents;
- Electronic filing and electronic file management;
- Monthly billing.
