Full time opportunity Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 15:30 pm with a Monthly Rostered Day Off (RDO)

We have an opportunity for a Handyperson to join our Facilities and Asset Services team. You will have the opportunity to work in a leading pharmaceutical company located in Melbourne CBD.

You will be required to perform both preventative and reactive maintenance tasks on buildings, structures, furniture and equipment on site.

ABOUT YOU

Successfully completed recognised trades qualification
A building trade certificate (preferred)
At least 5 years' experience working in a building maintenance position involving large volumes of assets and programmed servicing schedules.
Basic Microsoft office skills (excel and word)
Be willing to undertake police and medical checks.
Strong focus on OH&S whilst conducting activities.
Good eye for detail and takes pride in work.
Reliable, punctual, honest & well presented.
A calm and friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills
