Our opportunity


As PTP Manager, you will transform the PTP process and service being delivered by Mirvac Service Centre (MSC) team in Manila and support the Group Finance Shared Services Controller to maintain and enhance quality of service provided to the business during a period of transition across accounts payable (PTP) activities.

You will partner with MSC and the business to uplift PTP performance and level of service provided, and review, improve and maintain effective operational systems and procedures - working closely with the MSC team in Manila.


In this role you will:

Lead and support remediation initiatives to deliver an improved end to end PTP process and service.

Embed new processes to support the Yardi finance system

Support the business through collaborate and business partnership.

Drive the offshore Mirvac Service Centre to ensure the delivery of a quality service to internal and external customers.

Oversee the invoice processing function to ensure supplier payments are processed in a timely and efficient mannera

Manage Service Level Agreements ('SLAs') with the Mirvac Service Centre and ensure operational metrics (KPIs) are met

Manage escalations with the Mirvac Service Centre, Business Unit queries and develop collaborative relationships

Monitor internal controls, policies, processes and systems to deliver accurate outcomes and make recommendations for change where appropriate

Review exception reporting to ensure Mirvac Service centre is delivering service required.

Review current documentation and update as changes in business processes require new documentation.

Assist document gathering for both internal and external audits and ensure all compliance checklists are completed and submitted

Undertake review of current process and identify processing efficiencies

Continue to streamline and standardise PTP processes

Your point of difference

To be successful, you will have extensive accounts payable experience and have prior experience managing onshore and offshore teams.

You have delivered system and process change in an outsource service environment and have previously partnered with outsource service providers is essential.

You possess excellent planning and organisational skills in order to be able to prioritise work and meet deadlines, in addition to high level communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder management skills.

You have demonstrated project delivery in a similar Shared Service role and have excellent customer service, conflict resolution and problem solving skills.
