About the role
Based at our Adelaide Head office this Full time
Specialised Accounts Officer positions sits in the Consumer Processing team.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that ongoing customer due diligence is completed effectively, efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.
This includes quality checking data within the banking system in accordance with relevant policies, procedures and legislative requirements as well as answering queries from internal frontline staff.
This role is a hybrid position that willrequire 2 days a week on site.
Please note, this is a 12-month contract position.

You will have:
- A working knowledge of our Banking platforms (RFS-B, CSS & LINX)
- A thorough understanding of OCDD and KYC current legislative requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills to enable liaison with internal stakeholders from a diverse range of levels and user groups
- Tech savvy with strong Microsoft experience and fast, accurate processing skills
- A proactive approach to selfdevelopment, selfreflection and open to learning new things
- An ability to work independently, and selfmotivate
- Strong time management skills
