The client

Our client is a leading Australian developer with a high-performing development team that is kept busy acquiring and delivering residential apartment and mixed-use developments in Sydney.

They are led by an impressive and award-winning Development Director who has a proven track record in assisting his team with their career development.


The role

An Assistant Development Manager is required to work on a development pipeline of over $1billion which consists of multiple residential sites in the Sydney metropolitan area that are in various stages of the development lifecycle.

If career progression is important, there is room to progress into a Development Manager role in the future.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage Feasibility Studies on Existing Developments
  • Due Diligence on Potential New Acquisitions
  • Development Delivery
  • Preparation of Reports
  • DA Submissions

Skills & experience
To be considered for this position you will have current experience in residential development ideally as a Development Analyst wanting to step up or an Assistant Development Manager seeking a new opportunity


Other requirements include:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Property or Equivalent
  • Feasibility Studies & Due Diligence Experience
  • Solid Understanding of Development Applications
  • Experience Managing Multiple Projects in Delivery
  • Strong Communicator & Relationship Builder
