They are currently on the lookout for several skilled Customer Service Consultants to join their team in Beresfield.

In this customer-centric role, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of inquiries while maintaining exceptional levels of customer service.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with the potential for long-term growth and advancement within the organisation.

You'll be responsible for:

Responding to a high volume of enquiries in a call centre environment, making outbound calls (no cold calling)
Following up on customer enquiries with a focus on customer care and satisfaction
Achieving KPIs related to signing customers up for additional or ongoing services and generating revenue
Providing excellent customer care throughout the sales process, ensuring customer needs are met
Ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with professionalism, empathy and efficiency, regardless of whether or not a sale is made

Essentially you'll have:

Experience working in a call centre environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and empathise with customers
A customerfocused mindset and a dedication to providing highquality service at all times
The ability to work well under pressure and handle a high volume of customer interactions in a fastpaced environment
Proficient computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software and systems
