Chevron Australia has an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join the Administration - Produce Perth team.

Reporting to the Produce Admin - Team Lead, this permanent role will be based in Chevron's new building at One The Esplanade.

This role will provide administrative & office support to non-executive employees, departments & functions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating and performing a range of staff and/or operational support activities; serving as a liaison with other teams in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational challenges.
  • Roster management coordination for our rotational site-based workforce to ensure sufficient coverage of all shift panels.
  • Establishing, maintaining, and updating files, databases, records, and/or other documents; developing and maintaining data, and perform routine analysis and calculations in the processing of data for recurring internal reports.
  • Preparing or assisting with the preparation of scheduled and/or ad hoc statistical and written reports.
  • Gathering and anlayzing forecasting information for leadership.

  • Strong proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
