About the role

Located at our Hope Valley site

Permanent part time opportunity with the below shifts available

Opportunity to pick up additional shifts on a casual basis

Week 1

Saturday 15:00 - 23:00

Week 2

Wednesday 23:00 - 07:00

Thursday 23:00 - 07:00

Friday 23:00 - 07:00

Saturday 07:00 - 15:00

To be successful in this role, you will:

Possess a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification with a minimum 6 months post graduate experience

Hold a current AHPRA registration

Applicants must have at least 6 months experience in Aged Care as a Registered Nurse

Possess excellent clinical knowledge and skills

Enjoy building positive relationships with residents their families and staff

To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (unsupervised contact with vulnerable people) and the clearance needs to be less than 12 months since date of issue.

As per Eldercare's Employee Immunisation Policy, all Eldercare employees are required to:

Be vaccinated against seasonal influenza by no later than 1 June each year

Be vaccinated against COVID-19 as per current ATAGI guidelines

Exemptions on a temporary or permanent basis can only be approved by Eldercare's Chief Executive.
