Description

• Ability communicate and to exhibit a cheerful demeanor towards others.
• Assist the service team as needed by removing dishes and glasses from tables or counters and take them to the wash area for cleaning.
• Cleaning glassware and plates in relevant wash areas utilising industrial grade washers.
• Cleans and sanitizes tables and chairs.
• Ensure that all spills and breakage are attended to immediately and proper safety procedures are followed.
• Stock service areas with supplies such as tableware and glassware throughout service period.
• Performing cleanup duties to maintain a clean atmosphere, which include sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors as well as polishing counters and fixtures.
• Ensure guest amenities are maintained and stocked at all times.
• Must be flexible regarding rostering based on business demands, Thursday, Friday, Saturday Nights and Sunday days.
