Nespresso have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated

Junior eCommerce Analyst to join our eCommerce team in North Sydney on a 12 Month Contract. This role involves supporting the eCommerce team to build a holistic view of how consumers engage with all of the Nespresso Australia and New Zealand digital touchpoints (including website and app), both B2C and B2B.You will utilise your analytical skills to gather relevant insights and assist with research and reporting to accelerate data driven decisions.


Reporting into the eCommerce Data & Performance Lead, this role is instrumental to the evolution of the eCommerce department becoming a true data-driven channel.

As such experience in eCommerce is essential as well as an understanding of the online user experience.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyse & identify trends across the online customer journey, providing insights & recommendations to drive additional traffic, conversion & sales
  • Deliver timely weekly, monthly, campaign and promo reports, dashboards and insights to monitor the digital performance for eCommerce
  • Ensure all eCommerce activities are accurately tracked and maintain data cleansing
  • Attend regular sessions/workshops/trainings with other market's eCommerce teams to discuss hurdles/opportunities, as well as knowledge sharing based on best practices
To be successful in this role you will need to have:

  • At least 1 year experience in a fast-paced eCommerce environment
  • Ability to analyse, interpret and react to realtime trends & data
  • Proficiency with web/mobile analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and Excel is required
  • Experience with Power BI / Data Studio or dashboard configuration is desired
  • Experience in digital experience platforms (SessionCam, GlassBox, ContentSquare etc) is desired
  • Degree in a quantitative field such as Business / Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Applied Analytics, Business Management, Economics, Commerce or Finance
  • Strong commercial acumen and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines and time management skills
