About the Role

Managing all aspects of repairs from site establishment to handover including doc management, supplier procurement, scheduling and coordinating works, client/customer correspondence, job file management and quality and safety compliance
Developing and communicating programs of works to all relevant stakeholders using purposebuilt software
Procuring and coordinating all suppliers on site to ensure adherence with approved schedules and plans
Reviewing, actioning and approving project related documentation
Managing project budgets as well as supplier order/invoice reconciliation
Keeping customers informed, liaising with suppliers daily, promoting our company values and adhering to strict KPIs

About You

Bring a carpentry trade background essential.
Demonstrate at least 5 years in a similar role.
Bring transferrable experience gained in a similar role in the property repair/remedial industry. Strata remedial experience an advantage.
Expertise in developing and implementing remedial construction processes and methodologies.
Be highly organised, have strong attention to detail and can prioritise accordingly.
Be able to think clearly, independently and creatively under pressure.
Demonstrate competency with construction management software packages.
