What we are looking for:


WooliesX is seeking a Digital Product Content Specialist to work within the Woolworths at Work and Everyday Market tribes to support all product-related content across our digital channels, which ladders up to an optimised customer experience.

As a key member of the Product Content, Data & Search chapter you will work closely with the wider eCom and Woolworths Group stakeholders to enrich the product journey for our customers.

The primary focus of this role is to own the delivery of all product content from supplier to customer. In addition to this, proactively review strategic areas to further align product information to customer intent.


About the role:


  • Manage the delivery of new or updated product content and data through to the appropriate digital channels
  • Cultivate and supplement our product content offering from third party content providers, external partners and internal systems
  • Manage the integrity of the product data shared with our customers, including conducting internal audits and review of internal processes to ensure the accuracy of product information
  • Align the product content quarterly deliverables with campaign activity across all digital channels to ensure the product content element is set up for success at each touch point
  • Collaborate with the product data squad and wider technical stakeholders on platform enhancements relating to the flow and management of product content and data
  • Shape the strategic direction of product content and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Woolworths digital product content guidelines and process evolution
  • Generate insights from existing platforms and propositions to embed within our current framework

Who you are:


  • Ideally, you'll have 34 years eCom or digital experience preferably in a retail environment
  • Demonstrated experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) to update website content
  • Data driven decision maker, with an eye for detail and a focus on the bigger picture
  • Confident influencing solutions for both internal & external stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively lead the Product Content, Data & Search chapter vision
  • Innovative and forwardthinking, focused on enhancing our customer experience
