As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance team, ensuring that all machinery and equipment are properly maintained and repaired.

This includes scheduling and delegating tasks, conducting safety training, and monitoring inventory and expenses.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisor role, preferably in the food industry with a mechanical background
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including pneumatics, hydraulics, and conveyors
Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
