Role Responsibilities:

Maintain detailed schedules for vehicle movements and modification status spreadsheets.
Inspect all vehicles before delivery, notifying sales consultants of any incorrect specifications that may cause delays.
Assist with vehicle registrations.
Provide support to the Sales department as needed.
Process internal paperwork related to deliveries.
Perform general administrative tasks.
Maintain general housekeeping standards.
Coordinate new vehicle stock swaps with other dealerships.

What we are looking for:

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
Strong timemanagement ability and attention to detail
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships with people
Knowledge of Accounts administration is highly regarded
Knowledge of Motor Dealership systems and basic understanding of automotive industry is highly regarded
Class C Drivers licence
