Description
ASAP Receptionist role working within busy offices close to CBD. Be part of this fast paced supportive team. 3 month temp position. Medical background is preferred.

  • Based in CBD
- upto $35 per hour

Work for a business that truly has a great cause, helping many people every day better their lives. This healthcare organisation provides services to public patients and has over 15 general practices around Australia. This role will see you be part of a very busy team to ensure the best client experience

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting 2 GP's
  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Managing bookings and patients' details
  • Providing patients with relevant booking details
  • Data entry
  • Liaising with hospitals regarding referrals and bookings

To Be Successful:

  • Experience in a medical receptionist role or a similar industry
  • Personable, and keen to learn
  • High level of attention and confidentiality.
  • Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Sound customer service skills
  • High level of organisation and ability to multitask


This position is a 3 month temp position and an opportunity to work in a fast paced environment with a great team.
