  • Demonstrated excellent oral and interpersonal skills and strong written communication skills, with the ability to prepare, review and edit correspondence, briefings, reports, papers and proposals in a manner understood by both clinical and technical audiences.

We do this by bringing clinicians, patients and healthcare managers together to design and implement new ways to deliver healthcare.


What you will be doing


The Change and Adoption Lead - Remote Patient Monitoring will be responsible for leading the clinical integration of remote patient monitoring as an enabling tool to enhance patient care and the associated clinical models of care across NSW.

This role will work in partnership with eHealth NSW and support the local health districts, specialty health networks, ACI clinical networks and the broader NSW Health system to ensure a consistent and coordinated approach to the integration of remote patient monitoring into business as usual.

Remuneration:
$133, $159,929.00 per annum (excluding superannuation)

Selection Criteria / Questions

  • Demonstrated experience to lead with attention to detail all phases of project management from design to implementation and evaluation of statewide projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in integrating virtual care modalities to enhance clinical models of care and service access.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within and support multidisciplinary teams together with a capacity to communicate and negotiate change and improvement initiatives with clinicians and relevant stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across organisations or teams simultaneously, while balancing high volume and demanding professional environment with capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results.
This position is a temporary position and
requires full working rights in Australia (e.g. Australian citizenship/ permanent resident).

COVID-19 Vaccination Compliancy


All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA).

Additionally, Category A workers are required to receive a booster dose three months after completing the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.

New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate (IM011 immunisation medical exemption form) certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.

Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
