What you'll be doing:

Be the first point of contact for all client enquiries and support issues. Communicate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders;
Monitor and manage client support requests to ensure they are serviced to a high standard;
Maintain a good understanding of our product suite;
Help clients achieve their goals by providing training, improving their understanding of our products;
Create and maintain internal and external documentation;
Build and maintain client relationships to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.

Desired Skills and Experience:

A client service background or mindset;
Keen problem solving skills with analytical skills;
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
To collaborate with internal and external stakeholders;
The ability to work on multiple tasks under restricted timelines;
Experience working in investment banking, banking & finance or superannuation industry;
A good understanding of how technology helps financial institutions enhance their services;
Energy, curiosity and an open mindset.
