  • Base salary from $ $38.60/hour or $71, $76, prorata) + 11% superannuation depending on qualifications and experience

About the role


This position has a focus on service delivery, growth, co-ordination and management of team members in the provision of professional, tailored services while ensuring compliance within the sector.

Key activities within your portfolio will include review and assisting a person's individual plan, through the appropriate matching of Support Workers, rostering of scheduled services and the ongoing review of rostered supports.


As an Annecto team member you will show a commitment to enabling individuals to reach their goals in life and the provision of support services in a manner that respects their quality of life, dignity and human rights.


Reporting to the Coordinator-Workforce Development, the Workforce Coordinator will provide support to Case Managers and Support Workers, including undertaking a leadership role in supervising, mentoring and coaching of internal support workers.


What we are looking for?

  • Experience working with older people, individuals with a disability, families and carers to meet their individual's needs;
  • Awareness and demonstrated commitment to principles of Person Centred care;
  • Previous experience in developing and maintaining rosters;
  • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively as a member of a professional team;
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport;
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a culturally diverse group;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Demonstrated competency in the use of Microsoft Office packages
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID19 in accordance with the Victorian Public Health Direction (including Booster Vaccination #3);
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance;

What would be great to have?

  • Knowledge of client data bases
  • Relevant qualifications in health/disability/social sciences;
  • An ability to speak a community language/s;
  • Experience working in a similar capacity in a community based notforprofit organisation;
  • Training in person centred planning.
