We have 3 opportunities to start based in South of Brisbane.About The Role
Our client is looking to add to their team and require
2 x Customer Service Specialists.
The role is a mixture of dealing with and amending Customer Accounts, processing credits, following up invoices with government clients in addition to reporting and ensuring that records are compliant to Australian Standards.
It sits within a great team who thrive on providing High Level Customer Service & Delivering results.- Experience working in a Call Centre environment is a _
MUST_ _to be considered for this position._
Day to day duties include:
- Handling inbound emergency calls in a professional manner
- Making outbound calls to new and existing clients
- Listening to customers and determining appropriate course of action
- Recording accurate customer information
- Complying with policies and procedures
- Maintaining confidentiality of customer information
Skills and Experience
- Background and experience working in a customer Service/call centre environment
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity and work/personal ethics
- Ability to prioritise and manage numerous tasks simultaneously
- Excellent listening skills, empathetic, caring and patient
- Strong attention to detail

Experience:
- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
