We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Instrumentation Lead to join a well-established market leader renowned for delivering across the full lifecycle of assets from initial construction phase to asset integrity, maintenance, and shutdowns.

With a global reach across 40 countries, they have offices across WA and workshop facilities across 3 major states including Queensland, Northern Territory and Western Australia.


This is a hands-on role that will allow the successful applicant to manage, plan and coordinate resources and equipment across a multitude of projects while allowing them to provide hands-on technical and procedural supervision as directed by the Contract Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mange, plan and coordinate resources and equipment
  • Review and understand project plans and procedures
  • Coordination of all allocates resources including contractors and subcontractors within the integrated project team
  • Monitor and Manage Schedule compliance providing regular progress updates
  • Provide leadership with focus on delivery of agreed targets including HSE quality Standards
  • Monitor progress and ensure commitment to continuous improvement including KPI's

Key Requirements:

  • Electrical Instrumentation Trade background and understanding of PLC control systems
  • 35 years' experience in a similar role within the mining oil and gas or similar industries
  • Ability to lead and develop teams to achieve outcomes
  • Experience in driving successful outcomes ensuring budget and project compliance
  • Excellent ability to prioritise tasks and communicate well with all stakeholders
  • Good time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
