Description
We have a permanent opportunity for a passionate, safety-focussed Customer Service Consultant working out of our Silverwater location.This role is part of our Prescription Safety Glasses division, and supports stakeholders from an independent optometry agent network, as well as our corporate clients.
In this role you will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries, providing technical advice and product recommendations, and ensuring that orders taken are recorded accurately.
Requirements for the role:
- 2 or more years' experience in customer service, ideally within a call centre environment though experience in optical retail will be highly regarded
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills
- High attention to detail, with demonstrated experience in ensuring firsttime quality in customer records maintenance
- Strong computer literacy
