They are now actively seeking an experienced Payroll Application Analyst for a 4-6 month contract period. They are looking for a technically minded individual with data programming skills to extract data and present in Excel.

The Position

Reporting to the HR Business Partner your key responsibilities will include gathering, cleansing and converting data from multiple sources such as systems, employee records / contracts.

After gathering the below data for all employees you will present in Excel.

Employee data
Roster data (planned work patterns where available)
Time and Attendance (actual work patterns)
Job keeper and covid leave records
Actual payroll outcomes (what was paid) information for the purpose of comparison once "should pay" models are finalised by the specialist we have onboard for this project.

***- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
