How you'll make an impact
We're currently recruiting for a Maintenance Officer to join our team in this full time permanent role.

Reporting directly to our General Manager, you'll be responsible for a range of both preventative and corrective maintenance duties right across the residence including equipment and plant monitoring, grounds upkeep, and accurate, timely reporting of our Regis Port Coogee home.

A day in the life as our Maintenance Officer with Regis, may see you;

Maintaining plant, equipment, building and services.
Ensure uptodate records of all chemicals in use and compliance with appropriate safety best practice.
Maintain the grounds in a neat and tidy manner with no obstacles.
Identify preventative maintenance requirements, complete the works and documentation of schedules.
Ensure preventative and corrective maintenance is actioned within legal requirements and are documented in the relevant registers.

About you
As a collaborative compassionate member of the Operations team, ideally with experience within the health and/or aged care sector, you'll have:

Experience in supervision or coordination of maintenance programs.
General handson maintenance or handyman skills.
Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
