The Role:

Level 3 Desktop Support

  • Exclusively working with the Australian leader in commercial property management
  • Level 3 Desktop Support position available in Sydney CBD near Wynyard station.
  • Join an existing structured and well supported team for an initial 4month engagement with view to extend/ convert to permanency.
  • This is your chance to join an industry leader with stateoftheart offices that feature food and coffee catering as well as complimentary snacks, modern workplace seating arrangements and Microsoft technology training and certifications.
  • School holiday child engagement activities for children under 12 offered.

Position requirements:


  • 4+ years of IT industry experience
  • Experience with Service Now
  • Microsoft Windows experience mandatory
  • Experience with active directory required.
  • Proven working exposure to ITIL environment.
  • Onsite 5 days a week in Sydney office

  • Demonstrating initiative and proactive mindset about work duties
  • Team player
  • Ability to individually contribute within the team.
  • Australian PR or Australian citizenship required (long term temp visa residents considered)
  • IT degree and/or certifications
