This international developer is a major player globally.

Having made significant investments in both the National and local WA scene, they are at the helm of multiple billion-dollar development schemes.

Having shaped the skyline of multiple major cities around the world, they are known for developing state of the art, iconic, luxury high rise towers.

With a growing pipeline of developments across WA they are now looking to engage an Assistant Development Manager to join their growing team.

This role will see you assist in the delivery of various built-form projects across Perth. You will assist the Development Manager with Feasibilities, DA's, and market research.

To be successful you will hold the below experience and qualifications:

Tertiary Qualification in Property or similar field
At least 24 years' experience working in the Property industry
Hands on delivery experience
Strong financial acumen
Experience completing feasibilities studies
Sound communication skills
Ability to multitask and jump between projects

To be successful you will be comfortable working at a fast pace and have a solid foundation of property development knowledge that includes finance, contractor engagement and management and stakeholder communication.
