This role will oversee the B2B Customer Experience from the moment the Sales team have secured the Season's order through to delivery of product to the Customer and all after sales experience.
In a dynamic and progressive business, you will be consumer focused, and numbers driven.
It will provide you with the opportunity to work collaboratively with the team but also autonomously to drive sales service levels.
Responsibilities include:
- Building and developing client relationships
- Troubleshooting order and delivery issues
- Processing all customer orders
- Creating style masters and uploading styles onto the nominated buying platform.
- Liaise with the Production Team and Warehouse to track deliveries and ensure that all styles are delivered within major customer delivery windows.
- Liaise with delivery partners and DCs to resolve delivery issues to ensure all stock is delivered and available on time
- Administration of invoices and credit invoices
- Attend fortnightly budget meeting to inform CEO of order status for current and following month
- Intermediate level Excel skills
- Wholesale experience is essential
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
- Strong ability to prioritise and multitask
- A positive and proactive attitude, to maintain and uphold the values of the business
- Experience in a customer service role or similar
