    The Role
    A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced FAST FOOD Area Manager to join their business in the Central West of NSW and be responsible for a portfolio of 8 restaurants in Orange, Parkes, Dubbo, Cowra, Young, Bathurst & Kelso. Responsibilities will include;

    • Drive the operational compliance and growth of the restaurants.
    • Assist with the growth of the customer base, restaurant sales and profitability; including profit and loss analysis.
    • Proactive leadership, training, coaching and development of your teams.
    • Continually review, monitor and improve operations of the restaurants, ensuring consistency and customer-first culture.
    • Build network capabilities by ensuring restaurants are set up for success. Through reporting and analyses of operations, continual training and implementing processes and procedures in line with company standards.

    About You
    It is essential that the successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years previous retail experience as a muliti site manager in fast food. Your strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to multi task, forward think and negotiate with people at all levels are essential; coupled with the initiative to proactively plan and run a business independently.
