About the role
Reporting to the Customer Service Business Lead.

This is a great opportunity for talent like yours This role is a strong blend of customer care, administrative work, consultative querying, and problem solving.

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients. You will play a big role in laying a strong foundation for ARA's growth


Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Provide excellent customer service and effectively handle phone liaison with clients and response to existing and new queries
  • Manage the existing contract database and issue new contract agreements
  • Process purchase orders and prepare invoices, quotations, and associated administrative procedures and documents to support the accounts
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, manage client enquiries, and disputes
  • Manage client files and changes associated with them e.g., client contracts and requirements
  • Assist the Customer Service Business Lead and team where required

About you

  • A Diploma in Customer contact, Certificate III in Business (Customer Engagement) or studying towards the qualification (highly desirable)
  • Demonstrate previous experience in customer service in the cleaning industry (highly desirable).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral), high ability to manage conflict resolution and problem solving with a wide range of customers
  • Tech Savvy proficient computer skills in MS Office suite. A knowledge of invoice management is a plus
  • Effective organise, problem solving, multitasking and time management skills to efficiently prioritise and meet competitive deadlines
  • Ability to work as a great member of our team, with the ability to exercise independence
  • Initiative and a proactive approach to work and undertaking tasks outside of core requirements

Salary:
From $58,000.00 per year
