Our opportunity:

This role will work across Monday-Friday, 6:30am-2:30pm.

Your day-to-day duties may include:

Leading and coordinating a dedicated team
Overseeing the training, growth and development of the team members
Assist with the preparation of breakfast and lunches for patients, ensuring that dietary requirements are adhered to
Check temperatures of food, ensuring that food health and safety is being followed
Conduct daily audits of meals and produce to ensure stock levels are adequate

To be successful in the role you will need:

Leadership experience, you'll be able to mentor and support your team
Experience in monitoring and maintaining quality control and process integrity
Flexible approach where you are able to manage conflicting priorities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to organise multiple tasks and fluctuating workloads
