This beautiful contemporary European Bistro on Little Collins Street is looking for a Head Sommelier that is passionate about wine and matching it with a premium food offering then this is where you will want to be.

WSET Level 2 or equivalent
Have previous experience as a Head Sommelier/ Assistant Head Sommelier
Have a strong knowledge of old & new wine
Exceptional communication and presentation
Enthusiasm and passion to provide exceptional customer service
Passion for providing a premium service within the restaurant industry
Show a strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
