Our Client in the Western Suburbs of Adelaide that are involved with the Building Construction Industry are in need of a Part - time Administration Officer duties include but not limited to:- Data Entry
- Compentent skills in Word & Expcel
- Occasional answering of phones
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable experience
- Payroll
- Accounts Software experience for example Myob, Quickbooks, Xero or comparitive
- Finance knowledge
- Ability to identify discrepencies
- Generation of invoices
- Process Orders
- Positive / constructive team member
- Ability to work unsupervised at times
- time role with 2-3 days work per week.
