Description
Our Client in the Western Suburbs of Adelaide that are involved with the Building Construction Industry are in need of a Part - time Administration Officer duties include but not limited to:

  • Data Entry
  • Compentent skills in Word & Expcel
- good telephone skills

  • Occasional answering of phones
  • Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable experience
  • Payroll
  • Accounts Software experience for example Myob, Quickbooks, Xero or comparitive
  • Finance knowledge
  • Ability to identify discrepencies
  • Generation of invoices
  • Process Orders
  • Positive / constructive team member
  • Ability to work unsupervised at times
Ideally this position would suit someone that is looking for a part
- time role with 2-3 days work per week.
