Part time - 3 or 4 days per week | Onsite role- 8 week contract
- Footscray location
ABOUT YOU
- Good customer service skills able to communicate clearly
- Processing invoices, undertaking appropriate checks to process correctly
- Administer Facilities helpdesk enquires allocate to the correct area
- General administration duties as needed.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The role will is filling in for a short period, and will mostly encompass the below:
- Responding to all online enquiries and requests, and allocating the requests to the appropriate areas
- Maintain key business registers
- General administrative duties as requested
