Join the team as an Administrator and play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of this established firm.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and manage calendars, appointments and meetings for professional partners and staff
  • Manage client accounting software e.g., MYOB AE and CAS360
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations
  • Support the accounting team with administrative tasks such as timesheets, invoicing, receipts, disbursements
  • Manage client and staff onboarding processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction through professional and friendly interactions

Skills and Abilities:


  • At least 1 year prior experience working within an accounting or corporate environment
  • A professional, friendly disposition with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills
