About the Company
Our client is an Australian-based Accountancy firm that specializes in providing smart, honest and strategic advice to its varied client base.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage calendars, appointments and meetings for professional partners and staff
- Manage client accounting software e.g., MYOB AE and CAS360
- Maintain accurate and uptodate client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations
- Support the accounting team with administrative tasks such as timesheets, invoicing, receipts, disbursements
- Manage client and staff onboarding processes
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction through professional and friendly interactions
Skills and Abilities:
- At least 1 year prior experience working within an accounting or corporate environment
- A professional, friendly disposition with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills
