Approximately a 12 month (until end of Jan 2024) casual assignment

Maxima has been engaged to recruit a Facilities Maintenance / Grounds Person for a 12 month casual position based in the City.

About the role
Working Monday to Friday approximately 7.00am until 3.30pm

Building maintenance tasks include:

Fixing locks
Replacing doors
Patch / paint walls
Fix fly screens
Change lightbulbs
Replace taps
Hang pictures
Pack / Stack chairs

Garden Maintenance tasks include:

Lawn Mowing
Brush cutting
Leaf Blowing
Raking / Mulching
Basic Pruning
Basic Irrigation

About you
You are a friendly and approachable person and have a the following attributes:

Current drivers' license
Ability to work with people of all ages and backgrounds
National Police Check (or ability to attain)
Working with Children Check (or ability to attain)
Availability for full time
