Summary:

You will play a crucial role in managing relationships with SMB Dealerships, driving business generation, achieving sales budgets, providing training and coaching, overseeing vehicle services, and offering crosschannel support.
This role requires prior experience in either finance or dealership, a proven track record in business development, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to negotiate at a senior management level.

About the role:

This is a strategic and consultative sales role and you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and increasing volume and profitability of business.

Your roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Visiting dealerships across Perth and developing and maintaining strong relationships
Assist Dealership Fleet personnel in prospecting and pitch for Fleet opportunities.
Acheive sales budget for financing and leasing
Deliver sales training and coaching staff
Regular dealership visitations and reviews within national standard.
Identify negative trends in Dealer performance and implement corrective strategies.
Indepth knowledge of either automotive finance or dealership experience.
Demonstrated success in business development.
Firstclass presentation skills.
Ability to negotiate at a senior management level.
Knowledge of Dealership operations and personnel.
