Set in the heart of North Sydney's bustling business precinct, with easy access to cafes, and shops and close to the train station, Vibe Hotel North Sydney is recruiting a reliable and passionate hospitality professional for the role of full-time Night Manager.

About the role
As Night Manager, you're a unique all-rounder and a quintessential people person.

You're self-assured and level-headed and you shine when the stars come out With you on duty, you'll ensure no one misses out on their best day - and night - possible.

Key responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all operations during the night shift
Audit the day's activities and complete daily balancing of the hotel's transactions.
Deliver a high level of customer service during all guest interactions.
Conduct Guest arrivals and departures.

About you.

Experience in front office/guest service or related role with supervisory experience
Able to work under pressure, with a high level of accuracy and detail
Reliable and Punctual
Previous experience in accounting, dealing with numbers or following systems (desirable)
Good personal grooming and presentation
Strong written and verbal communication
Previous Opera/Protel PMS experience (desirable)
Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
